Order Processing timescales

Timescales on processing an order will vary. All items are made to order. Please see individual items for processing times.

Open edition prints are normally available at a shorter timescale to an original artwork that will require additional time.

You will be informed when your item is dispatched.

Shipping

Orders under £50 will be posted via Royal Mail 1st class delivery service.

Orders exceeding this value will be sent via Royal Mail “Signed for” delivery for prints, and “Special delivery” for Original artworks, or Parcelforce/UPS for larger items, and we will provide tracking details.

Where possible items will be packaged together to save on unnecessary packaging. Please contact us directly if you would like items packaged separately.

If you are based locally to Bristol then there is the possibility that it could be arranged for you to collect the item (s)- please contact us on hello@florenceleeandco.com at the time of your purchase.

International Shipping available. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HAVE MULTIPLE ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UK IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE BEST POSTAGE QUOTE.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please be aware EU shipping laws have recently changed and charges may apply.

Payment

We currently accept payments from the following AMEX, Visa, Pay Pal, MasterCard, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Once an order has been paid for it is therefore in process and can not be cancelled. Please email hello@florenceleeandco.com if you need to amend your order. Your order will only be posted once payment has been received.

Returns and Cancellations

We hope your beautiful purchase is exactly what you want but if not then our returns policy is as follows;

We accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Florence Lee & co reserves the right to offer only a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition. Postage and Packaging will be at the expense of the buyer, we only offer a refund on the original goods.

In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of the item arriving and include photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Caring for your Artwork

All of the Artwork is made using high quality materials, however to preserve the Artwork it is always best that you display it away from direct sunlight
